Received the wrong order and only was ghosted

Hello,

I recently placed an order through your website, but unfortunately, the order I received was incorrect. I initially reached out and tried to be patient and understanding, providing all of the information that was requested of me. However, I have not received any follow-up or communication regarding how the issue will be resolved.

At this point, I’m unsure how to move forward, as I have been left without an update or resolution. I would sincerely appreciate someone following up with me and assisting in correcting my order.

I understand that mistakes happen, and I’m more than willing to work with your team to resolve this. I would simply appreciate clear communication and a response regarding the next steps.

Founded in 2016, Aunt Flow is a certified WBENC women-owned company based in Columbus, Ohio. At 18 years old, I dedicated my life to developing a solution to ensure businesses and schools could sustainably provide quality period products, for free, in bathrooms.
